Please fill out the form below to submit your refill request.

Prescriptions filled at Finan Animal Hospital require 24 hours’ notice (Controlled Substances require 48 hours’ notice). Requests made over the weekend will be filled on Tuesdays.

All prescriptions requested to be filled by third-party pharmacies (Costco) or online retailers (Chewy, 1-800Petmeds, etc) require 48 hours’ notice, and you must pick up a written prescription. A waiver must be signed before we release any written prescription.

Prescriptions requested with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a prescription rush fee.
